Refine your barbell technique with Vie Barbell Specialist, Hannah Brown. Hannah will host two clinics on May 4, one for beginners and the second for more advanced lifters. Both sessions will focus on variations of barbell cleans, including the hang power clean, power clean, hang clean and full clean. The Noon Beginner class is best for those who are new to barbell movements, or who are looking to master basic mechanics. The 1:30PM Advanced clinic is for proficient movers who are ready to refine their skills to increase load on the bar.

In honor of Mother's Day, Vie will host Mommy & Me workouts on Saturday, May 11. Look forward to getting silly and sweaty with kid-approved music and movements. Age groups and class times vary by location (see schedule in the Pike13 app). Classes will be capped at 40 total participants.
You are welcome to attend at any Vie location. To ensure as many mommas can participate as possible, this event is open to current Vie members and their immediate children only. Max of two children per member, please.

Join Coach Jessele for a Soulful Sunday 60-minute flow. Enjoy a carefully curated playlist of fun and motivating music while you flow through vinyasa sequences. This class is designed for beginners and experienced yogies alike and will compliment your Vie workouts. Bring a mat and water bottle. Yoga blocks are optional.
Yoga is open to both members and non-members, and it is free of charge. So, bring a girlfriend! Event is capped at 50 participants.

In celebration of Cinco De Mayo, get spicy with Coach Chelsi during this complimentary one-hour yoga class. Chelsi will guide you through a vinyasa flow designed to elevate your heartrate. Modifications will be offered to ensure this class is appropriate for all levels. The room temperature will be moderate to ensure your body is warm. Bring a mat and water bottle. Yoga blocks are optional. Wear bright colors in celebration of the holiday. Yoga is open to both members and non-members, and it is free of charge. So, bring a girlfriend!
